RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

A Maiden’s Voyage LLC prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase amount to the original payment method. Alternatively, You may exchange your item for another item or return it for in store credit. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

• Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging. 
• Complete with all of their parts and accessories.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Cash returns will be refunded in the form of a corporate check and may take up to 14 days for processing.
• Custom order items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

We reserve the right to designate items that are not eligible for return or refund on the website. Such designation will be noted on the web page displaying the respective products. If the foregoing conditions are satisfied and you comply with the return instructions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs to the desired return method.

A Maiden’s Voyage craftsmanship GUARANTEE

A Maiden’s Voyage LLC is proud to offer our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. We repair or replace manufacturer defects in leather workmanship for the lifetime of your item. Excessive use of the item is not covered under this guarantee. 

PROOF OF PURCHASE is required.

On Leather Workmanship valid from the date of purchase.

FULL EXCLUSIONS
The following products and features are excluded from A Maidens Voyage Unlimited Warranty

• Hardware defects.
• Merchandise purchased through discount retailers or manufacturer outlets.
• Merchandise not made by A Maiden’s Voyage.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
