CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We pride ourselves on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase for a refund to the original payment method or preferred return method. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must comply with the entirety of the our return and exchange policy

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

You may return a gift within in 30 days of the purchase so long as the product meets our return eligibility requirements. There are two options for refunding a gift return: You may 1) Accept the full refund amount on an  A Maiden’s Voyage gift card, or 2) We can issue a refund to the original payment method.

WHAT IS A FINAL SALE PRODUCT?

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale products are still eligible for A Maidens Voyage Craftsmanship Guarantee and Unlimited Warranty.

CAN I RETURN A MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?

Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return. All customized products will be marked as a “Final Sale” product. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

At this time, we do not offer free returns. When returning product, we recommend obtaining a tracking number through your selected carrier as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our main office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 8-14 business days for processing once the return has been received at our main office.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please respond to your order confirmation email, letting us know you’d like to initiate a return. Alternatively, you can reach out to amaidensvoyageMT@gmail.com with your order number or receipt number. We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.

DO I NEED A RECEIPT?

Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT?

If you don’t have a receipt, we will work with you to verify your purchase. Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of it. Still have questions? Reach out to us at warranty.returns@amaidensvoyage.com.

I BOUGHT FROM A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER. CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?

If you purchased A Maiden’s Voyage merchandise from one of our valued retailers A Maiden’s Voyage craftsmanship guarantee is honored. For returns please contact the retailers directly to facilitate a return or exchange.
